Shipping Policy


1. Prepaid Orders Only: - Zteezz currently accepts only prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time. 

2. Order Processing: - Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. - Tracking details will be shared with you as soon as your order is dispatched. 

3. Delivery Timeline: - Standard delivery takes 7-9 business days. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

 4. Order Placement: - Orders can be placed through our website or via DM for custom T-shirts. - Ensure all delivery details provided are accurate to avoid issues. 

5. Responsibility for Delays: - Zteezz will assist in case of delays, but we are not liable for any compensation as shipping delays are the courier partner's responsibility.

 

Returns


No Returns & Refunds: As each product is printed exclusively for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Order Accuracy: We encourage customers to carefully review the size chart, design, and details before confirming their purchase.

Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you must raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Our team will assess the case and provide a resolution accordingly.

Cancellations & Modifications: Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed, as they enter production immediately.
