  1. Order Placement: - Orders can be placed through the Zteezz website or via DM for custom T-shirts. No other order methods are accepted. 

2. Payment Policy: - All orders are prepaid. Once the payment is made, orders cannot be canceled. 

3. Product Handling: - Ensure that you double-check product details, sizes, and customization requirements before confirming the order. 

4. Accuracy of Details: - Customers must provide accurate and complete information during checkout. Zteezz is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information.

 5. Late Deliveries: - While Zteezz will assist in case of late deliveries, no compensation will be provided as delays are the responsibility of the courier partner. 

6. Custom Orders: - Custom T-shirt orders can only be made via DM. Please ensure all customization details are accurate as changes cannot be made after payment.

 7. Non-Returnable Items: - Zteezz does not currently offer a return or refund facility. Please ensure your order meets your expectations before purchase. 

8. Communication: - For any concerns or inquiries, customers can reach out to Zteezz via DM or the contact information provided on the website.

 9. Shipping duration - the shipping of the product can take anywhere from between 4-7 days (in certain cases delays might happen as well) so if you are ordering for any special occasion such as birthday , farewell or any such occasion kindly place the order well in time to avoid last minute issues and delays in delivery of the product as zteezz won’t be held responsible in such situations . It is advisable to place the order 10 days before any certain big occasion
